Step 1: Order samples

Look through our collection and if there any designs that you fancy, go ahead and order some samples. If you decide to purchase any design of the samples you ordered, we will deduct the cost of the samples from your baby stationery purchase.

Step 2: Order announcements

When you decide on the perfect stationery for your new baby, fill the order form available on that baby announcement page.

Step 3: Payment

We will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your order to confirm your order placement and send you an invoice. Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a text and photo form for the announcement.

Step 4: Proof

After adding the copy and photograph is added to the announcement, you will receive an e-mailed proof (.pdf file) of your complete invitation. Please review the proof carefully.

Step 5: Delivery

Once you are satisfied with the finished product, it's off to the printers! Expect your baby stationery to be at your doorstep in about 2 -3 weeks after payment.

Made For You

It is best to start planning your Made for You stationery early as possible. We recommend contacting us at least 4 months from when you would like to send your stationery out.

Step 1: Consultation

Fill out the online custom questionnaire. We will contact you within 3-5 business days of receiving the questionnaire and will make an appointment for a free consultation with our graphic designer. This includes discussion of your budget, your event theme, colors and motifs, your likes, dislikes, expectations, etc. After the consultation, our graphic designer will send you an inspiration board. This is a collection of photos and materials that will be used to inspire your event stationery. In addition, a quote will be given.

Step 2: Deposit

After you have received your estimate and inspiration board, a deposit is required to start the design process. We require a 50% deposit at this time. We accept payments by paypal and an email invoice will be sent to you with instructions on how to pay. A finalized timeline that was discussed in consultation will be sent to you after your deposit and will detail dates for designing, printing, and delivery.

Step 3: Design

After your deposit is received, our designer will begin working on a series of designs based on your consult and inspiration board. You will also be sent a text sheet, where you detail the wording for your stationery. Once a design direction is chosen, there will be up to 3 rounds of tweaking the design to get to the stationery you desire. When your final design is ready, an accurate pricing will be provided at which time, the balance payment will be required to commence printing.

Step 4: Proofs

Once your design is selected and your text finalized for the stationery, we will send you the final proof in about 2 weeks. Please review the design and wording in detail for spelling mistakes and accuracy. Remember to spell your family members' names correctly and to check for dotting the i' s and cross the t' s. Your payment of the stationery includes 1 final proof only so please do take the time to check your final proof thoroughly. If you require any additional final proofs, there will be a charge.

Step 5: Printing and delivery

Please allow 3-4 weeks for printing, finishing (if you have any embellishments), and delivery of your stationery order. We will email you the shipment tracking code once the package is ready to be delivered. Our quotes include ground shipping. Please contact us regarding rush orders and the resulting additional charges.

Samples

To order samples, please fill our sample order form available on each suites page. A flat rate of $3 will apply to the entire shipment of samples for addresses in the United States. For international orders of samples, we will contact you with the shipment charge.
